Ransomware is currently one of the biggest threats to business. in 95% of scenarios, a fake / deceptive email arrives. The enduser clicks on a link or opens the attachment and malicious software is downloaded onto the device.

This software then encrypts all the data on the device and any other device it is connected to. Unless a ransom is paid the data is unusable, and needs to be restored from backups. Our E-Mail filtering solution add an additional barrier by ensuring that we block over 90% of SPAM Email. This contributes to minimising the exposure as users don't receive the emails that contain the malicious links to begin with.

Our Hosted Solution is comprised server farms at 4 Different Datacenters, 3 of them Geographically Seperated. Each server has XEON Processors, 16GB RAM and Solid State Hard Drives.

E-Mail is sent to our servers as a first line of defence. over 10 different Antivirus Vendor systems are used to scan each email. Next Thousands of rules are applied to filter ever single message based on origin, content, keywords, attachment type.

The first time we see an email from a particular person we send the sending server a delay request stating we are currently to busy to accept the email. (This is very normal for MS Exchange and other systems) Fake / Relayed systems don't handle these type of requests if they don't we know it.
Once an Email has been verified we pass if to your mail server. The whole process takes less than 2 seconds.
